Manchester United have reportedly ‘slashed’ their asking price for winger Alejandro Garnacho.

Garnacho, 20, has struggled to nail down a starting spot at United this season and seemingly doesn’t fit into Ruben Amorim’s favoured 3-4-3 formation – although he did score during the Red Devils’ 4-1 Premier League defeat against Newcastle United last Sunday.

During the 2024/25 campaign, the 20-year-old has registered ten goals and eight assists in 49 appearances but has been heavily linked with a potential move away from the Premier League club. It was reported that Napoli made a bid in the region of £40m in January, which was rejected by United and despite turning down the Serie A side’s offer, it has now emerged that United have reportedly slashed their asking price for the winger.

Tutto Mercato claims the Red Devils have re-evaluated their valuation of Garnacho. The outlet explains how a €45m (£34.2m) bid would now be accepted by United if another club tabled such an offer. The winger’s current contract is set to run until the summer of 2028, and it is unclear if he would be willing to leave United this summer.
